The Phi Sig's at ISU used to have a much prettier, bigger house on Willow Street. It was actually one of the best houses (in the physical sense) on campus. Unfortutately, they had to downgrade due to internal and national issues, and they now occupy this new house. This house, incidentially, is the former Tri-Sigma house.
